Based on the Protocol signed between the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) and the Malta Council for Science and Technology (MCST) in 2020, joint “academic research” and “R&D and innovation” projects will be supported.
The joint call is open only for the thematic areas of “water management”; “farming systems” and “agro-food value chains”.
Scientists in Turkey who want to propose a joint research project must agree with the researcher(s) working in the research institutions in Malta whom they will carry out the project together as "project partners". Unilateral project applications are not accepted.
The joint call will be open between 1st of March 2021-17th of June 2021.
