There are significant differences between the initial versions of aircraft and their current state. Nowadays, aircraft are categorized into various groups and shaped with suitable designs from an aerodynamic perspective.

After the initial emergence of aircraft, they were used in military aviation. These aircraft had primitive structures and couldn’t stay airborne for extended periods. With the advancement of technology, more powerful and efficient engines were developed. These engines could generate higher torque forces. As a result, aircraft could ascend to higher altitudes, stay airborne for longer durations, and move at higher speeds. They began to serve in different categories such as passenger transportation, military, transportation, entertainment, and more. In modern times, aircraft are categorized into two groups: manned and unmanned. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are used not only for hobby and entertainment purposes but also extensively in high-level military defense and attacks. These UAVs prioritize the use of renewable energy and are supported by electric power due to their capability to utilize more efficient motor powers. With technological advancements, we may eventually witness the use of renewable energy-powered engines across all aircraft one day.
